Landscape Foreman
The landscape foreman's responsibilities include overseeing the construction of outdoor spaces and maintaining existing grounds, monitoring and training workers, supervising the use of equipment, ensuring staff observe safety guidelines and protocols, and completing various administrative duties.
Landscaping Maintenance Crew Leader

Office Manager
Manage HR responsibilities, including administering employee benefits program, verifying immigration documentation and on-boarding new employees
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office
Work with President to develop company policies and procedures; update employee manuals
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvement, and design and implement new systems
Assist AP/AR manager with invoicing, deposits, copying and filing
Ensure compliance with labor laws and OSHA requirements
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate managers when needed
Receive incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
Maintain employee databases
Maintain database of tools and fleet of trucks, schedule services; ensure they meet safety protocols.
Provide other administrative support to company President, as necessary, including doing research, creating spreadsheets, running errands, and attending to other details, as requested
Help translate English-language instructions and explanations for Spanish-speaking employees as needed
Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish and English
Bachelor of Arts degree
2+ years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred
Must have exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Clean CA driver's license
Must be proficient with Google Suite & Microsoft Office products
